Intercessory Prayer

A. The Holy Spirit

1. Intercessor, teacher. See Luke 11:1; Romans 8:26-27.

2. Giver of grace, mercy, help, boldness. See Hebrews 4:15-16; Acts 4:31.

3. Teaches what to say. See John 14:26; Luke 12:12.

4. Brings Scripture to back to memory. See John 14:26.

5. Directs the witness' words. See Colossians 4:2-3.

6. Directs the witness' usage of God's Word. See 2 Timothy 3:1.

B. Concerning The Lost

1. Compassion, desire for the lost. See Matthew 9:35-38; Romans 10:1.
